On Thursday, May 29th at 6 PM, a celebration of The Ascension of the Lord will take place in the Olomouc Cathedral. The festive liturgy will be celebrated by the apostolic nuncio Mons. Jude Thaddeus Okolo along with Czech and Moravian bishops.

The festive service also marks the closing of the Conference on the 10th Anniversary of the Particular Legal Regulation for the Protection of Minors and Vulnerable Persons in the Roman Catholic Church in the Czech Republic, organized by the Cyril and Methodius Theology Faculty of Palacky University in Olomouc.
